At Downtown Vision, we now offer direct billing upon request to most insurers to save you time and paperwork! Please note that health benefits plan can vary per employer and plan type, so it is best that you contact them ahead of time to determine your eligibility date and amount of coverage.
At the time of appointment, please let our staff know your insurance plan information so that they can ensure a smooth experience at checkout. In the event that your plan does not cover the full amount, you will be responsible to pay the co-pay or any portion remaining.
Please note some insurers do not permit direct billing and we will require full payment at the time of visit. We can then provide you with an invoice to submit your claim yourself for reimbursement.
