Richmond University Vision Care has relocated as Downtown Vision | Optometrists! We know you will love our new state of the art facility, with new technology, new experience but same great level of service from our caring team of doctors and staff.
Part of easing your concerns is helping you find our new location at 130 Adelaide St West in the Concourse (PATH) Level of Richmond Adelaide Centre, which is only a block to the east of our old clinic.
Public Transit
We are centrally located in the financial district in downtown Toronto. There are many public transit options available to reach our clinic!
TTC Subway: From Osgoode Station
Take the subway Line 1 to Osgoode Station, and use the SE Exit. Walk south to Adelaide St and walk east 1 block to York and Adelaide until you see the entrance to Richmond Adelaide Centre (130 Adelaide). Enter the lobby and take the escalator down to the Concourse Level. We are also PATH connected from the Hilton Hotel through the MEDCAN building.
TTC Subway: From St Andrew’s via PATH Connection (7 minute walk)
On Line 1, get off at St Andrew’s Station and take the exit towards 150 King St West. You will see a Tim Hortons directly to the left. Keep walking straight forward until you reach the Exchange Tower. From there, continue straight ahead until you see Longo’s. Then make a left in the corridor (you will see Mean Bao at the corner) and keep walking until you see Lindt Chocolatier Shop. Take the path next to Lindt and go up a small flight of stairs until you reach an intersection with Rexall to your right, and Starbucks to your left. Turn left at Starbucks and we are located on the left side just past Booster Juice.
TTC Streetcar Options
You can take 501 Queen Streetcar Line in either direction to Queen/University Ave stop and it is a 5 minute walk south on University Ave, then east on Adelaide St W.
You can take 503 Kingston Streetcar Line westbound to York/King St stop and it is a 3 minute walk north up York St.
You can take 504 King Streetcar Line in either direction to Bay/King St stop and it is a 3 minute walk north on Bay St and west on Adelaide St West.
From Union GO Station
You can take any GO train to Union Station and walk up York Street until you reach Adelaide St. We are inside the 130 Adelaide building at the northeast corner in the Richmond Adelaide Centre. We are also PATH connected should you wish you stay indoors.

Accessibility Options
The building is accessible via street level ramp at the northeast corner of York St And Adelaide St West, entrance to lobby is next to the Royal Bank. Once you enter the lobby, look for the elevator marked “Parking & Daycare”. Take the elevator one level down to P1/retail level. Turn right until you see TPH (The Printing House) and turn left to reach our clinic.
By Car/Parking
There are many parking options in the area. The Richmond Adelaide Centre has an IMPARK underground garage available ($5 for 20 minutes), entered off York St north of Adelaide next to the Keg Steakhouse. There are also nearby parking lots steps away: Green P at Nathan Philips Square, Four Seasons Centre for the Arts, and the MEDCAN building.
